Senior Architect



We are currently in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet their functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Create detailed architectural designs using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide mentorship and guidance
- Review contractor bids and select the most suitable for projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders to showcase design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
