Senior Architect - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Alta, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects while ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Develop detailed architectural plans and designs using AutoCAD or similar software
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, including working closely with contractors and engineers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plan
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
