Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to specifications
- Test and troubleshoot radio equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radio equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support when needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, but previous internships or coursework in electronics or telecommunications is a plus
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and radio technology principles
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
