Are you a talented and passionate chef looking for an exciting opportunity in the beautiful city of Muscat? We are seeking an Indian Executive Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen operations.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and innovative menus, managing food costs and inventory, training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will also collaborate with management to develop new concepts and ideas for the restaurant.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Indian cuisine, as well as experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A creative flair for menu development is essential, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train others. Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef is preferred.
