Computer Support Specialist - Contract Position (Indian Nationals)

Responsibilities:

- Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments or senior technicians
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans
- Keep track of all customer interactions and resolutions in our database

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting techniques

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington D.C., United States (remote work may be available depending on candidate's location)
