Office Assistant

We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Braga. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.
- Keep office area clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: $1500/month. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive salary package with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
