Hotel Sales Manager - Braga, Portugal
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, without accommodation. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.
