Hotel Sales Manager - Braga, Portugal
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Braga, Portugal. As the key point of contact for potential clients, you will use your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
- Identify potential business opportunities and proactively reach out to target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to promote the hotel's services and packages
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
