In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients and assist with troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Install new software or hardware as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and processes

Salary: 1200$
