We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and networks
- Provide remote support to clients via phone or email
- Set up new computers and devices for clients
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including backups and updates
- Educate clients on how to use computer systems effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear manner
