Part-Time Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a part-time designer, you will have the opportunity to work on various architectural projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts for new projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Conduct site visits and communicate with clients to gather project requirements
- Research materials and construction methods to ensure high-quality designs
- Prepare presentations for client meetings and participate in design discussions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
Location:
Our office is located in the beautiful city of Porto, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. The selected candidate must be willing to work from our office location.
