We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects in the design and development of architectural projects
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to team members
- Review drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards
- Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven experience leading a team of architects in completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards project success
