Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, including planning, designing, and implementing projects. Your main objective will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design management.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Aarhus but remote work may be possible depending on the candidate's location.
