Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Roskilde, Denmark


We are hiring a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Roskilde. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables while ensuring proper presentation
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
- Assist with setting up for service and clearing tables after guests leave
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Team player mentality
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is an asset)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The restaurant is located in Roskilde, which is easily accessible by public transportation.
