We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements for a variety of occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create unique flower arrangements based on client requests and current trends
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Order supplies and maintain inventory to ensure availability of materials
- Keep up-to-date with current floral design techniques and trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client requests and offering creative suggestions
- Assist with deliveries when necessary
- Manage pricing, invoicing, and payments for orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the flower shop

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to client requests and offer creative solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent English proficiency is preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
