Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information for designs
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project goals
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and building codes
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
