Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas (open to candidates from any nationality)
