Office Manager in Nakuru, Kenya
We are currently hiring an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local labor laws is preferred
