Office Manager for Indian Company in Nakuru
We are in search of an experienced Office Manager to join our Indian company in Nakuru, Kenya. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have prior experience as an office manager and be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring they are well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor and maintain office budget
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed
- Keep track of employee attendance and leave requests
- Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
