- Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of existing systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with radio equipment
- Repairing or replacing faulty components as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and equipment used
- Collaborating with senior technicians to gain hands-on experience and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electronic principles and components
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with radio systems or other electronic equipment
- Knowledge of FCC regulations related to radio communication
- Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters and signal generators

Salary:
