We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Adjuster in Osijek, Croatia. This is an excellent opportunity for those without prior experience in the field to start their career in insurance adjusting. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements. This role also offers accommodation for those who require it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Gather and analyze information to determine coverage and liability
- Review policy terms and conditions to make accurate coverage determinations
- Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommended settlements
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary - training will be provided!
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations quickly

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
