Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are a well-established construction company based in Jerusalem, seeking a reliable and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist in construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment before use
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment when not in use
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on site
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, or loaders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel

We are looking for a responsible individual who is passionate about operating heavy machinery. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. No previous experience is required, but candidates with previous construction experience will be given preference.
