Restaurant Manager
We are a well-established restaurant in Lisbon and we are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Train and motivate employees to provide exceptional customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$, negotiable based on experience.
Location:
This is a contract job located in Lisbon. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 12 years of education (12 pass) or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry.
