Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching and training as needed
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to change
- Experience working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
