We are in search of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Utena. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with plasterboards, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates with experience and their own visa are preferred, but we also welcome students who are looking for hands-on experience in the construction industry.

As a Plasterboard Worker, your duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboards to fit specific dimensions, securing boards to walls or ceilings using nails or screws, taping and filling joints between boards, and sanding down the surface for a smooth finish. You may also be required to remove old or damaged plasterboards and replace them with new ones.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working with plasterboards and possess strong knowledge of construction techniques. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work on ladders or scaffolding at elevated heights. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as even small imperfections can affect the overall quality of the finished product.

This is an English-speaking job that requires good communication skills as you will be working closely with other tradespeople on construction sites. Experience working on both commercial and residential projects is highly desirable.
