Nurse Supervisor


We are hiring a Nurse Supervisor to oversee our team of nurses at our healthcare facility in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care, managing the nursing staff, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff
- Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule shifts
- Train new nurses and provide ongoing education for current staff
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the nursing team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans for patients
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Valid nursing license in Kenya
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates must have a valid Kenyan nursing license. Accommodation is not provided. This is a full-time position, with some flexibility in scheduling.
