We are hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to join our growing team in Shan, China. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets to help drive key business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in data analysis and wants to kickstart their career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large datasets from various sources
- Analyzing data using statistical methods and tools
- Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Identifying trends and patterns in data to help inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights
- Continuously monitoring data quality and making recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Economics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
