Job Title: Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Eschen, Visa Sponsorship Available


Join our team as a Concierge at a luxurious hotel in Eschen! As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with all their needs during their stay. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Assist guests with booking reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, etc.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions and activities based on guests' interests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
