Radio Technician
We are a leading telecommunications company seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Bansko. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment used for communication purposes. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, and other related components.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all radio equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with the radio equipment.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify potential upgrades or improvements for the radio systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in radio technology.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Radio Technician in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of radio equipment installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Valid work permit for Bansko (or willingness to obtain one).
