We are a fast-growing company located in Herzliya, seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our company's databases to ensure maximum efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing database structures and schemas
- Monitoring database performance and optimizing for better efficiency
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Managing user access and security permissions
- Troubleshooting database issues and providing timely resolutions
- Performing regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborating with the development team to integrate new systems into the database
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest database technologies and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and other database languages
- Experience with database design, administration, backup, and recovery processes
- Knowledge of data security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
