As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work with a variety of flowers and plants, using your creativity and knowledge of different floral designs to create unique arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays. You must have a passion for flowers and an eye for detail to ensure that each arrangement meets our high standards of quality. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Previous experience is not required, but we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn and grow in this profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to customer preferences
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations
- Processing payments accurately using our POS system
- Assisting with general store maintenance such as cleaning displays and organizing merchandise
- Staying updated on current trends in the floral industry through attending workshops or training sessions

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Availability to work weekends/holidays as needed
