Skilled Handyman in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Are you a skilled handyman with experience in various trades? Do you take pride in your work and have a knack for fixing things? We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable handyman to join our team in Jeddah. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance. You will also be responsible for diagnosing issues and providing cost-effective solutions to ensure our facilities are well-maintained.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs or maintenance tasks as needed (e.g. fixing leaks, repairing doors or windows)
- Install new appliances, fixtures, or equipment as needed
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems
- Repair or replace damaged parts (e.g. fixing leaky faucets)
- Paint walls, floors, ceilings as needed
- Perform general landscaping tasks (mowing lawns, trimming bushes)
- Keep track of materials used and maintain an inventory of tools

Salary: 1500$ per month
