Indian Administrator in Plovdiv
We are a fast-paced and dynamic company looking for an organized and efficient Indian Administrator to join our team in Plovdiv. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office, and providing administrative support to all departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage office budget.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
