Part Time Office Administrator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part Time Office Administrator in Plovdiv. This position is perfect for Indians looking for a job without the requirement of speaking English. As this is a part-time role, it is also suitable for those who have other commitments. The ideal candidate will be able to work without experience and have their own visa. We also provide accommodation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Maintaining files and documents in an organized manner
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
- Must have own visa to work in Plovdiv

Salary:
This part-time position offers a salary of 900$ per month.
