Private Tutor for English Language Learners in Funchal, Madeira

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English language tutor to provide one-on-one lessons to students in Funchal, Madeira. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language and be able to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of each student. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized English language instruction to students of all levels and ages
- Create lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the specific needs of each student
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their language learning goals
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different teaching styles
- Valid work permit for Portugal (visa sponsorship available)
