Job Title: Roofer Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Roofer Supervisor to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Roofer Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of a team of roofers to ensure efficient and high-quality work on both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Plan and schedule roofing projects, taking into account deadlines, materials availability, and weather conditions
- Inspect roofs to identify any issues or damages and develop repair plans as needed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team at all times
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate with clients regarding project details, updates, and any necessary modifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a roofer or in a related field
- Proven experience in supervising a team of roofers
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality work
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1000$ per month
