Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager for our company, you will play a key role in overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Vejle. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in the design process for new projects
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with contractors to develop construction plans and schedules
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
