Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vejle. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, designers, and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable designs that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and budget constraints
- Work with designers and engineers to develop effective design solutions
- Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders

Salary: 1700$ per month
