Entry-Level Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Floral Designer. As a florist in our Akron-based flower shop, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to start their career as a floral designer and gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing and creating floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily orders
- Prepare and maintain flower inventory
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and design
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of flower care techniques is preferred but not required

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Akron, OH (open to Egyptian or other foreign candidates)
