As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users who are experiencing hardware or software issues. You will work with a team of IT professionals to ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. This role is open to both men and women with a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep track of all reported issues in a ticketing system
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and advancements in the field
- Train new users on how to use computer systems and applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
