Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and provide basic training on software usage
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some coursework or certification in IT preferred
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
