Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Funchal. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our senior team members to assist in the design and development of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop design concepts and proposals
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Preferences:
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an asset
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

We are able to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate who meets all other job requirements.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. However, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are able to relocate to Funchal if selected for the role.
