Heavy Equipment Operator
Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to complete assigned tasks on construction sites. Responsible for the operation of various types of equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with construction crew members. Maintain and perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met. Previous experience operating heavy equipment required. Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and make decisions is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment on construction sites according to project plans.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment before each use.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures while operating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding tasks and project progress.
- Ensure project deadlines are met by completing tasks efficiently.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Able to work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary:
$1600 per month
