Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling holes or cracks, and smoothing out imperfections
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish using various tools and techniques
- Ensure finishes are applied evenly and without streaks or drips
- Perform touch-up work as needed to achieve the desired finish
- Use protective equipment and follow safety guidelines at all times
- Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher in the construction or renovation industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them effectively
- Proficiency in using various tools and techniques for finishing work
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
