We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
