Contract Interpreter in Oslo

We are seeking a professional and experienced Contract Interpreter to provide communication support for our clients in Oslo. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately and effectively interpreting conversations, meetings, and events between English and Norwegian speakers. This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1100$ per week and includes accommodation. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate interpretation services for English and Norwegian speakers
- Interpret conversations, meetings, and events on various topics
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality throughout the interpretation process
- Research and understand complex terminology related to various industries
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and awareness during interpretation
- Take detailed notes during interpretations for reference
- Collaborate with other interpreters if necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of cultural differences between English-speaking countries and Norway
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent note-taking skills
- Familiarity with various industries such as business, legal, medical, etc.
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Contract Details:
