Pastry Chef
Location: Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurant. You must have a passion for pastry-making and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to our menu.
- Develop new recipes and ideas for seasonal menus.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, methods, and ingredients.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and ideas.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with an eye for presentation.
- Good physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy objects.
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible to work in Denmark.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
