We are searching for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Remish. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring budget and financial goals are met, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to meet financial goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Remish

Nationality Preference: Indian candidates are preferred but all qualified applicants will be considered.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
