Job Title: Contract Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Dar Kulaib. As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train, mentor, and manage sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the same or similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 1600 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dar Kulaib (open to candidates of all nationalities)
