Join our team as a skilled Baker at our traditional bakery in the charming city of Siauliai, Lithuania. We are seeking a talented individual with experience in creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing doughs, batters, and other ingredients to create a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. You will also assist with decorating and packaging finished products for our customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of traditional baking methods and techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in designing and decorating baked goods
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bags of flour
- Excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes and measurements.
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and cooking times.
- Decorate finished products with icing, glazes, toppings or fillings.
- Package finished products for display or sale.
- Clean work area and equipment after use.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders when needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding production needs and schedules.
